Pray Kingdom Advancement Prayers
1 Timothy 2:1-6
1. I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
2. For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
3. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
4. Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
5. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
6. Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
Pray For Fruitful Outreaches
These prayers include requests for opportunities to share the Gospel with others, to reach new communities, and to see people come to faith in Jesus.
Mark 16:15 states, "And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature".
Pray For Unity in The Church of God
Praying for the church to be healthy, united, and actively engaged in ministry is a significant part of kingdom advancement prayer.
The Bible says in John 17:20-21 (KJV):
Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
Pray For God To Send Laborers
Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest. Matthew 9: 37-38 (KJV)
